Let's face it, it is hard to focus in our scatter brained, I have a million things going on at once, world. Some of you are probably turning to caffeine, right? I used to as well. But guess what? As I'm sure you know, caffeine has tons of side effects. As if liver and adrenal failure were not enough, right?
