Girl, I Want To Make You Sweat!

Here is a subject you may not want to tackle - body odor! But unfortunately it does exist. As a holistic health coach, I can tell ya, eating a good diet and drinking enough water can really cut down the odor, but often times, you've got to admit, it takes a little something extra. Sure, the conventional antiperspirants work great, if you don’t mind infusing your armpits with cancer causing aluminum, but for those of you seeking a more natural option, you may have noticed that the pickings are rather slim. Don't fret! Here is a DIY home recipe with ingredients, including essential oils that won't daunt you.  
cleaning
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup cornstarch
31 TBS beeswax
8 drops lavender
8 drops lemon 8 drops Frankincense
On very low heat, slowly melt the coconut oil and bees wax.  Stir in the essential oils and pour into your containers.  Let stand to cool and solidify.I promise you you'll be flaunting your underarms all over town after this one!
