Raw Carrot Ginger Pear Soup

I love cold soups. Even though the need for warm soups is around the bend, a cold soup is an excellent idea for a good lunch, even breakfast. Did you know people in other countries eat soup for breakfast? It's SO good for you and a soup like this is refreshing and delicious. Carrots are high in beta-carotene and ginger is excellent for digestion and pear just tastes good! Try my soup recipe for breakfast and let me know what you think! carrot-ginger What You'll Need: 8 large carrots 2 cucumber 1 ginger 2 pears 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 small avocado 1 drop lemon essential oil 1 drop ginger essential oil Himalayan Sea Salt (pinch) fresh mint   What You Need To Do: Juice the carrots, cucumber and ginger. Blend the juice with the two pears (cored), avocado (peeled) and coconut oil. Once blended place into bowls and top with mint. I have just shared one of my all time favorite cold soups with you.
