Veggie Turmeric Spread

When you eat raw and you are a vegan, vegetables are staples of your diet, but let's face it veggies need a little sprucing up sometimes, right?
I like dips. I've always liked dips.  But now that I'm a raw food junkie, I like them even more.
Why?  Because everything in them is real and nutritious!
Turmeric is an incredible spice and in known for decreasing inflammation in your body.  Did you know that?
Like curry, tumeric is yellow and has that eastern flavor that makes even the blandest of veggies taste exotic.
When you get bored eating plain old carrot sticks, celery, bell peppers or cucumber, try this yummy dip.
Turmeric1
What You Need:
1 cup soaked cashews (preferably soak overnight before you prepare dip)
1 cup coconut meat
1/4 coconut water
2 Tbsp raw and cold pressed olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp raw ginger
1 tsp tumeric
2 Tbsp agave (or raw honey)
1 drop Pepper Essential Oil
1 drop Cilantro Essential Oil
1 drop Lime Essential Oil
1 drop Ginger Essential Oil
What You Do:
1). Place all ingredients into a food processor and slowly incorporate the coconut water. Mixture will become paste like.
2) Combine olive oil and essential oils and stir, then add this to the food processor until mixture is smooth.
You can either put it into a piping bag and decorate your food or you can throw it in a bowl and eat it like hummus with any vegetables of your choosing.
I have just given you a great dip recipe. What kind of dips do you like? I would love to hear from you. Please leave your comments in the box below.

I use essential oils for their therapeutic properties. Did you know that essential oils are 50-70 times stronger and thus more therapeutic than the actual plant or herb?  Crazy pants!
Black Pepper Essential Oil: promotes circulation, digestion and relieves pain naturally.
Lime Essential Oil: aids respiratory, emotional and digestive health.
Cilantro Essential Oil: detoxifier, cardiovascular and digestion aid.
Ginger Essential Oil:  aides with digestion and circulation
