It’s no secret I eat plant-based.
Plants have been my saving grace - for both my physical, emotional and mental health.
I truly wouldn’t be the person I am today had I not started on a journey of choosing the foods that nourish my body best. And when I talk about becoming plant-based, I’m not only talking about the food I eat, but the products I use in my routines and on my body as well.
That’s why I’m really excited about this week’s episode. I’m bringing you an interview with Rachel Molenda. Rachel is an Intuitive Eating Nutritionist and hosts her own podcast, Fill Your Cup, which shares inspirational stories from women and how they’re consciously living out their lives.
What I love about Rachel is her mission: her main passion in life is to help women stop obsessing over food and its relationship with their bodies.
