A Few Simple Hacks to Stop the “Busyness” In Your Life





Have you ever felt the pressure to “do it all” at once? Like you’re stuck in the “hustle”?

Here’s what I mean:

You wake up. You instantly feel the pressure of the day. 

You don’t even want to check your phone because it’s going to be a visual reminder of all.the.things waiting for you over the next 10+ hours.

But you look anyway.

And that sense of worry. Of stress. It hits you.

On top of the things you have to do, there are things you feel pressure to do:

  • Get enough sleep
  • Drink enough water
  • Move your body enough
  • Care for your family
  • Tend to your home

It’s a lot.  So you “medicate” with caffeine. 

Reach for some comfort food. 

Maybe some funny posts you see on social media. 

Instead of fixing the problem, those things put a bandaid on it. 

The hustle is waiting there. Day after day. You need an actual fix. Not a distraction. 

The good news is this: there is a fix.

The bad news is this: whether it works or not is dependent entirely on your ability to let things go.
