The Benefits of a Plant Based Diet





Can we talk about life for a minute. I don’t know what your spring has been looking like so far, but mine has been nuts. 

I’ve been on seven trips since January, moved into a new home which, as you know, comes with all the “extras” like furniture, lighting, sound, landscape, lived through a sewage leak, been through 3 launches in my business,  and lived it up in Bali, which is literally on the other side of the world, for two wonderful weeks. 

I love my life, but wow, sometimes I’m like...how am I keeping up with it?

Actually, scratch that. I do it because I have the fuel, the energy and the drive.

And that is a result of what I put into my body on the daily.

Yep, today on the podcast we’re doing something I don’t think I’ve ever done before. I’m devoting a whole episode to talking about food! A plant-based diet fuels me on a daily basis to get through whatever life throws my way. I’m living the vegan dream.
