Calming Oils

We are all searching for the holy grail of a less crazy life.

Keeping my business life and family life in balance is a challenge I accept openly while the search continues.

I don’t want you to think I have some magic pill or that you need to spend a ton of money on people to manage your life and business for you.

Taking care of your business while also caring for your family is as smooth as chia pudding if you use a few simple tools.

Here are some of my faves:

Voxer walkie talkie app: for communicating my ideas instantly with my team. Everybody gets the same message all at once and they can listen to it and respond whenever they are ready.

Asana: I can organize my business and my personal agenda using this project management system that  gives my schedule some flexibility while not losing sight of the bigger picture.

And finally, my calming oils.

There’re so many, I can’t hardly choose!!

Cedarwood: Diffuse after a stressful day to relax the mind and body.
Geranium: Diffuse aromatically to calm nerves.
Aromatouch: Diffuse at night or rub on forehead, shoulders, or chest to lessen stress and tension.
Patchouli: Rub on temples or apply to the bottoms of feet to calm emotions.
Ylang Ylang: Put a few drops into Epsom salt bath for relaxation.

What’s your favorite calming Essential OIl?
