I have 3 Days to Figure This Out....

Do you feel stuck and alone in your average home and average life?  The only person with you 24-7 is you.
What are you telling yourself?
Do your thoughts sometimes send your brain into a tailspin?
Me too!
It happens to the best of us.
Do you need directions out of your personal Twilight Zone?
My brain tries to play funny tricks on me.
It literally tries to make me believe stuff that’s not true.
And when I do, even for a slight second, I notice my overwhelm.  My negativity.  The scatterbrain.
I’m sure this sounds familiar.
Like I get triggered when someone cuts in line in front of me.
Why?
I guess because I believe that’s rude.
But is it?  What if it wasn’t intentional?  Then is it really rude?
But triggers like this are normal.
But what if I told you that you don’t have to feel overwhelmed, negative or scatterbrained?
Would you believe me?
It’s true.
You design the way you feel.
Can I tell you a story….
I’m just back from the U.K. and Dublin and scheduled to head out to London again in 3 days.
But all of a sudden I found out my nanny could not stay at my house and watch my 8 year old or my dog.
Did I mention I’m leaving in 3 days?
My husband got triggered.
He must have subconsciously believed we were in a bind.
I didn’t.  Believe we were in a bind that is.
I knew it would work out.
I didn’t get triggered.
I didn’t let the overwhelm creep in.
You control your thoughts (and the way you feel).
Remember that.
I know what you’re thinking… I make it look easy, right?
It is easy.
All you have to do is apply my 3 step solution.
Identify your core struggle or thought error.  (I have to cancel my trip).
Pick a new thought (A new nanny/child sitter is available).
Replace the new thought with the old one.
Result - CALM and BALANCE.
Try it.
