Immune Support

Boosting Immune System.. No one likes feeling under the weather and I am sure if you’re like me and you want to keep moving forward and doing fun stuff with family, or being productive at work, not be stuck in bed or even cooped up in your house, it’s just not your thing. I travel a lot and have a little kid in school, so we all know what that means right? Exposure to a lot of yuckiness in the air!!! But guess what? My family and I are almost never down and out. We work on strengthening our immune systems all the time so seasonal or environmental threats do not get us down. I always make sure that I am stocked up on essential oils that will help support my immune system and keep my body strong. Two of my favorites that I use are… On Guard protective blend which contains Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils due to their ability to support healthy immune function and protect against environment threats. I use this oil blend as well as the Beadlets which I carry with me everywhere I go to have easy access! Oregano oil, which is one of the most potent and powerful essential oils and has been used for centuries in natural remedies for its cleansing and immune-boosting properties. Oregano also supports healthy digestion and is an excellent source of antioxidants. And there are many, many more! The cool thing is, you can take these oils in a number of different way. Aromatically (although oregano doesn’t smell that great to me, topically (remember to do a little research as to whether you need a carrier oil. Hot oils like oregano should not be applied directly to your skin). Or, finally, internally (yes, you can cook with them, place them in your water, drink or juice!
