Vegan Snap Pea Recipe To Die For

One of my favorite vegetables in snap peas.  I can eat them plain, right out of the bag as I'm walking through the market.   Dip them in guac....hummus, add them to salads. Sooooooooooooo many options. But here is a dish that dressed them all up on their own! Serve them to your kids and you'll be sure they get their veggies in. • 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed at the edges
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 drops Lemon essential oil *
  • 1 drop Thyme essential oil *
  • Tablespoon of Himalayan sea salt (chunky)
*only use Certified Pure Essential Oils you can take internally. Not all are created equal. ;-) Instructions In a large bowl, place the snap peas and then drizzle the olive oil on top. In a smaller bowl, mix the Lemon and Thyme essential oils and set aside. In a wok or large skillet, drizzle a little extra olive oil and heat the pan. Place the beans, remaining olive oil and garlic mixture in and cook for 3-5 min. You want them lightly crispy but definitely not overdone. Once the beans are finished, drizzle the Lemon and Thyme essential oils on top and then sprinkle the sea salt. Enjoy! P.S. I use essential oils in my recipes because they have many therapeutic benefits and help improve your overall health.
