Vegan Basil Pesto

Pesto has to be one of my most beloved spreads. I slather it on sandwiches, dip my veggies, and gluten-free crackers in it all the time. I'm a die hard pesto person and this is the best pesto recipe in the world!

Here's hat you need

2 cups basil

1 drop of Basil essential oil

1/2 cilantro

1 drop of Cilantro essential oil

1/2 cup pine nuts

2 cloves chopped garlic

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp traditional yeast

1 tsp lemon juice

5 drops of lemon essential oil

1 drop of Black Pepper esential oil

Himalayan sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I like my pesto really well incorporated so I blend for a while.

Once it's blended, serve any way you like and enjoy!
