Why You Need A Home Diffuser

I love the smell of clean, crisp outdoor air, especially after a good rain. Don't you? Can you smell it? Call me crazy pants but after it rains, first thing I want to do is head outside and run around in the street. Freshly cut grass, plant oils, the aromas of flowers sifting through your nose, wet dirt and asphalt. LOVE it all. To me, it smells like a new beginning. A movement of rejuvenation and peace. It's not just me. Nature's smells have a profound effect on the state of our minds and moods. images               If you don't feel like acting like a crazy person running around in the rain, that's OK. Did you know you can enjoy those aromas indoors as well? You can literally recreate your mood or enhance your feelings by simply choosing a scent to diffuse. You with me? I diffuse scents like Grapefruit, Citrus Bliss, Peppermint and Wild Orange on my desk all day long while I'm working. I literally have my diffuser under my nose so I can take in those uplifting scents. I guess that may sound like crazy pants too. Even if I'm not dancing in the rain. ;-) If you are having a crab-a$$ day, those are are scents that will change your mood immediately. Stressed out like a mo-fo? Have you tried Frankincense? I also use a blend called Balance with Spruce and Blue Tansy. Totally grounding. Had the worst night's sleep and want to either inhale a cappuccino or hit someone? Again, try Wild Orange or a splash of Peppermint. Feel like you may be coming down with a case of the crud? Or paranoid that you may because everyone around you is? No problem. I diffuse a blend called On Guard. With hints of cinnamon and Clove, not only will your home smell amazing but it will get rid of any nasty virus that may be threatening to compromise your health. The health benefits of a home diffuser are endless. Whether you are trying to create a certain mood or ward off the nasty buggers lingering in the air, a home diffuser is a must have for a people who believe in living a healthy lifestyle. Not having a diffuser in your home is like not having toilet paper. Some things ya just need. Some things just make life better. It's that simple. Doesn't this make you want to get a diffuser? Do you currently use anything with aromatics, such as candles or scent warmers? I would love to hear from you. Please leave your comments in the box below. XO, Hayley P.S.  I use essential oils because of their amazing therapeutic properties.  You simply cannot get that same amount from the fruit or herb itself.   Here are some of my favorites to diffuse Wild Orange Oil: Very uplifting and widely known for its cleaning benefits. Also a mood elevator! Breathe Oil: Helps with respiratory issues and can ward off viruses in the circulating the air. Perfect for people with asthma. Lavender Oil : So calming and restorative. Lavender is great to diffuse when you want to decompress and relax. Patchouli Oil: Grounds you. Patchouli has a balancing effect, mainly on emotions. It's excellent for mood support. Not all essential oils are therapeutic grade and can be taken internally. I use only the very BEST. If you want to know where I get them click HERE
