How well do YOU really sleep?
I go to bed at 10 or 11pm and sleep 7-8 hours without even waking up to pee. Can you believe it? I couldn't at first. I had been on sleeping medication for years before I discovered the secret I'm about to share with you. It seems like more and more people have a difficult time sleeping these days. Popping Tylenol PM, Xanax, Zambien, Trazadone or some other synthetic drug has become the norm in our crazy, stressed out, sleepless society. Some work. Some don't. If they do work they usually come with the side -effect of grogginess in the morning or worse yet, liver or kidney failure later. My secret? Essential oils of course. Did I believe it at first? No way! Do I know? Hells yeah! I'm talking several oils that will help you get your best night's sleep EVER.
Lavender: calming, emotional balance, relaxing, soothing
Serenity: a blend of lavender, sweet marjoram, roman chamomile, ylang ylang, sandalwood, and vanilla bean extract. It helps calm nerves and emotional stress.
Roman Chamomile: calming, relaxing, soothing. I put put my oils in a diffuser so I fall asleep to the powerful effect of aromatherapy. But if you don't have one, don't stress, simply rub these oils on the soles of your feet and neck. What do you currently use to help you sleep? Have you tried essential oils yet?
