Yummy Grilled Vegan Tacos

I could eat tacos all day, every day for the rest of my life if you let me. Tacos have of way of allowing you to eat a lot of great vegetables together in a wrapped corn tortilla. The flavors are typically astounding and robust, and I love vegetables. 6f5ea6ad918dc53be42f619206ca17f1Ingredients 3 medium zucchini sliced into 1/2 inch diagonal pieces 4 portabello mushrooms 10 green onions 2 tomatoes 2 yellow peppers 1 avocado 1 jalapeno 8 vegan corn tortillas Vegan cheese (optional) 3 drops lemon essential oil 3 drops lime essential oil 2 drops cilantro essential oil   Directions Marinate the vegetables in olive oil and kosher salt before grilling. Grill all veggies for a couple of minutes and stack inside corn tortillas. Dice the tomatoes and slice the avocado and jalapenos, placing on top. I have given you a great recipe for yummy tacos.
