Kick-Ass Morning Juice

When I wake up, I am hungry, but since I like to exercise early in the am, I don't like to have a big breakfast that is going to leave me bloated or heavy. I experiment a lot with different juices, but come early AM, this is the one recipe that makes me want to get up and kick some serious butt for the day!

Ingredients5 to 6 ounces baby spinach leaves, rinsed
2 apples, halved and cored
2 medium carrots, scrubbed
2 celery sticks
1/2 large lemon
One 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
3 drops tangerine essential oil - wonderful for encanding emotions, keeping your skin vibrant and easing your digestive system
2 drops lemon essential oil - great for immune support, digestive and respiratory health
1 drop ginger essential oil - can be 50-70 times more effective than the actual ginger root in healing the digestive and nervous system
Ice
Directions
Pass the spinach, apples, carrots, celery, lemon juice and ginger through a juice maker.
Pour the juice into 2 ice-filled glasses and enjoy!
