Ideally, we should be drinking at least 64-80 oz of water a day.  Water help our bodies detoxify, fight off infection and can even help with weight loss. Here are some ideas to help you get enough in.

1. As soon as you wake up in the morning drink a cup of hot water and lemon 2. A few minutes later, follow it up with an 8 oz glass of room temperature water 3. Drink a full 8oz glass of water before each meal 4. Drink a full 8 oz glass of water after each meal Not so bad huh? You're already at a 8 glasses a day!
