looking for a milk alternative?

  There are so many theories out there as to whether dairy is a food we, as humans, should be eating. I was diagnosed as lactose intolerant when I was 20 years old so I didn't really have to make the decision whether to continue to ingest milk from another animal that has been pumped with hormones, was possibly diseased or pregnant while nursing and potentially housed in conditions that were less than humane. I guess you can tell what my opinion is whether I was lactose intolerant or not. If you too are thinking about going dairy-free, here are some alternatives for you. I have been loving hemp milk these days in my quinoa breakfast cereal. It's loaded with Bi-Omegas and tastes creamy and delish.
