Essential Oils I Use When Traveling  - Whole You Wednesday

Essential Oils I Use When Traveling For those of you that follow me online, you know how crazy my travel schedule is. I’m running around the world like a crazy person. But I DO love it. I’ve gotten to meet SO many amazing people and I absolutely love mentoring all these people, especially women, to be able to have it all. People always ask me what I do, and the answer to that question is, I empower people, literally all over the world to start, and build their own businesses and show them the potential to make 6 and 7 figure salaries while raising families! Yes, that’s fun and it’s completely my purpose in life. But as you must know, travel takes its toll. And so planning ahead is key. That means food preparation and essential oils that will help protect my immune system, help me have the most restful nights sleep, ease the jet lag, and in general, support my energy, my metabolism , my moods and my hormones. Our bodies are always going to be in and out of balance, whether we are traveling or not. But traveling is challenging so why not strive towards a better sense of homeostasis, right? So my favorite go-tos when traveling are doTERRA’s Lifelong Vitality Pak of vital, whole nutrients, and then essential oils and blends like Frankincense, Slim and Sassy, Clary Calm, On Guard, Balance, Peppermint, PastTense, Serenity, Lavender, Vetiver, Cederwood and Ylang Ylang. No matter what my issue is, I’m going to have an oil for that! And traveling with oils is not a stress. You can actually pack as many of them as you want on an airplane. Just be prepared for TSA to open the bottles if you’re carrying a ton of them! For more information about what oils to travel with, visit me on my website, hayleyhobson.com and feel free to take advantage of all the freebies and nuggets of information I’m providing for you daily on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
