I get it. We all get it. It is easier to make excuses than to actually do something. I hear it all the time: I'm too busy, I'm too tired, I'm maxed out, I don't have enough time, I just want to relax the second I get a moment to myself.
Listen, I have been there. Organizing your life to make it work for you so that you have enough time for all the things you want to get to isn't always easy. Some of us have demanding jobs. Some of us have so much on our plate we get too overwhelmed by thinking about adding more.

Here's the good news! You can incorporate a healthy lifestyle by devoting forty-five minutes to one hour a day, five days a week to an activity that will actually help you have the strength to need to lead a busy life. You will feel better. I know that starting it always the tough part, but you can do it. You can organize your time and your life, and get the energy you need to take on your life, so that when you do have down time, you can really just relax. Think of it this way. DON'T SKIMP ON WHAT MAKES YOU HEALTHY. It will make your life easier. Not taking charge of your health is what makes you have no energy for anything else.
