Almost three decades ago (WHAT!) I started my journey of saying goodbye to the hot mess express and hello to becoming a badass wellness babe.

It’s been a lot of trial and error, time management hacks, fitness classes, kombucha, sprouting my own grains (for a bit), shifting how I thought of my own routines, falling in love with essential oils, hiding my phone in a drawer at night to avoid temptation to endlessly scroll (JK!
