Not a Certified Aromatherapist? No Problem!


I was recently asked if I was a certified aromatherapist. Of course, I had to say NO, because although I've been certified as a coach in a ton of different fields (did I ever tell you the story of me becoming a snowboarding instructor, yep! - I'll save that story for another day) I am not an aromatherapist. But my sister is, in case you're interested.

But, that doesn't stop me from creating my own blends and trying new oils combos ALL.THE.TIME.


Did you know you can too? Have you ever just sat in front of your oils and let them "talk" to you?


No, is that a just ME thing?


Actually, I know it's not because me and my oil besties discuss this topic frequently. Your body will tell you want it needs if you take a second to listen.


Pay attention to things like your mood, emotions and what your day is going to look like.


Support yourself with the oils your gut is telling you to choose.


Here are a few ideas to go off of:


Lavender's great for your skin


Frankincense is good for everything.


Lemon helps you feel refreshed.


Melaleuca is amaze ball to keep all things sanitized.


Wild Orange is your go to if you want to be happy.


Start with these if you're feeling kinda lost and then let your gut tell you where to go.
