    I am from Singapore. I wanna do this recipe for my sister as she is blood deficient. But unfortunately, we don’t have alfalfa and dandelion leaves.

    Is there any substitutes or any idea where we can get them?

      you can get the sprouts at any health food market. ask the grocer what they have there that can be substituted.
